Commissions on the Horizon

So this summer is a summer of life skills for me, as I'm hoping to brush up on basic musical theory, be more healthy, and work on projects, both school-related and independent. Because of my plans, I'm not stressing out over having a job for the summer. But because of my plans and lack of jobbing, money is an obvious problem. I've already put my name into consideration at my high school for music lessons for any grade level, but I'd also like to look at online art commissions, but I don't really know how to go about with online payments and such.

If anyone has any tips for this kind of venture, please let me know.
